Tired of feeling overwhelmed? Are you ready for better self esteem? Ready to feel more alive?

Well, in this trying time, I believe that it is more important than ever to be intentional about self-care. One thing that I have learned in life is that self-care is not selfish. Self-care is necessary and it does not have to cost much or anything at all.

When thinking of quotes, Suze Orman said it best when she said that “It’s not selfish to give TO yourself as much as you give OF yourself.”

To help you be more intentional about your self-care routine, below you will find twenty-five (25) of my favorite ways breath, stretch, shake, and be self-care.
