With over a decade of legal experience, Jackson has worked as a Paralegal, Intellectual Property Attorney, and now serves in Marketing and Compliance at American Express. In 2015, he founded The Jackson Law Firm, P.C., specializing in Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Trademarks, and Entertainment Law, with a focus on emerging digital spaces like blockchain technology. Jackson holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University, a postgraduate degree in Media Sales from Howard University, and a J.D. from Southern University Law Center. Reeya Shah Gastroenterologist Reeya Shah is a leader in strategy and operations and a passionate advocate for service. As Vice President of Transportation-as-a-Service Operations at Via Transportation, she oversees and scales micro-transit operations across North America. Previously, she worked in strategy consulting at Strategy and operations at Walmart, honing her expertise in business strategy and customer-focused operations. An active nonprofit contributor, Reeya founded the Junior Board of the Partnership for After School Education and serves on the board of Tomorrow’s Leaders NYC. She holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Fernando Snowden-Lorence Lead Surgeon Fernando Snowden-Lorence is Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on youth development and job readiness for young people of color and military-connected communities. With 15 years of experience in education, volunteer management, and nonprofit leadership, Fernando co-founded a Central Brooklyn youth mentoring organization in 2008. A Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he serves on the Board of Broome Street Academy, the Blue Star Families Committee for Inclusion, and is a Fellow with the Council of Urban Professionals and the Association of Black Foundation Executives. Fernando holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Philosophy from Hunter College, a Certificate in Strategic Negotiations from UC Davis, and is a Certified Project Management Professional. Neisha Springer Lead Surgeon Neisha Springer brings over 15 years of leadership experience in Human Resources and Talent Development across industries such as advertising, education, health, and creative services. She has held key roles, including leading HR at Omnicom Health Group, overseeing national HR and operations for Dr. Oz's nonprofit HealthCorps, and currently serves as Director of Global Learning and Development at VMLY&R, focusing on North America and LATAM while supporting APAC and EMEA markets. A Brooklyn native, Neisha holds a B.S. in Media and Mass Communications from Virginia State University, an M.S. in Human Resources Management from LIU Post Brooklyn, and is completing professional leadership development at Harvard Business School. She is also certifying as an Executive and Business Coach with iPEC. Neisha sits on the boards of Tomorrow’s Leaders NYC and Jack and Jill of America’s Brooklyn Chapter, focusing on empowering underserved youth and connecting black families globally.
